Cold-rolled steel boasts a substantial cost advantage, with raw material prices roughly one-fourth that of zinc alloy. Additionally, steel prices tend to be more stable, ensuring predictable budgeting and sourcing.
2. Superior Appearance and Fit:
Cold-rolled steel components are typically manufactured through stamping and polishing processes, resulting in exceptionally smooth and flat surfaces. In contrast, zinc alloy fittings are often die-cast, which can lead to surface inconsistencies, lower flatness, and reduced contact area with mating furniture panels. Customer: May I get your sample for free?
JINHAN: Usually our samples are free of charge, but if you want more samples or the unit price of the samples is higher, you may need to pay the sample fee, but if you place a formal order to our company later, the sample fee will be returned. In addition, the shipping cost of the samples should usually be borne by you.
