Customer: What is your price terms?
JINHAN: Normally FOB(free on board), CIF(cost insurance and freight), EXW
Customer: What is your payment terms?
JINHAN: Generally T/T 30% deposit, the balance should be paid by T/T before shipment or against B/L scan copy within 3 days.

Customer: Can you produce the goods as customer design?
JINHAN: Welcome you send us the design or sample, we will calculated the cost and unit price to you in soonest.
Customer: May I get your sample for free?
JINHAN: Usually our samples are free of charge, but if you want more samples or the unit price of the samples is higher, you may need to pay the sample fee, but if you place a formal order to our company later, the sample fee will be returned. In addition, the shipping cost of the samples should usually be borne by you.
